The main thing was that he's such a big horse, it's important to get his footing the first part. But the minute the gates opened, he gave me this sensation like ‘Yo jock, don't worry about it. I got this.’ He gave me the sensation that at any time he could've gone and run ‘em over. At a mile and three-eighths, it was gallop around until we turned to run. Christophe gave me a lot to play with today. It was like running over a golf course; it was excellent out there. And with a name like Grassy, you knew he was going to handle it well.”
