KENTUCKY HORSE PARK, LOCAL PUBLISHER TO PRODUCE MAGAZINE

Kentucky Horse Park Magazine to Begin Distribution in 2015

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 8, 2014) - The Kentucky Horse Park, in coordination with its marketing agency, Creative Alliance (DBA Scoppechio), has selected Lexington-based publisher Bluegrass Branding & Creative to produce Kentucky Horse Park Magazine, for distribution in 2015.

Kentucky Horse Park Magazine will be distributed at the Kentucky Horse Park, key equestrian events, state visitor centers, the Kentucky Horse Park Campground and Southern Lights, among other locations. A print run of 70,000 will include a spring-summer edition and a fall-winter edition, allowing the Kentucky Horse Park to focus on seasonal events and more timely news related to the park.  Both issues promote the Kentucky Horse Park, one of the Commonwealth's top attractions and one of the world's top equestrian venues, as well as local businesses and equestrian products and services to an audience that includes the park's estimated 800,000 annual visitors.

"We're excited to work with Bluegrass Branding & Creative on this publication," stated Jamie Link, executive director of the Kentucky Horse Park. "It's a great opportunity for the park to showcase all we have to offer throughout the year, and with new direct distribution at the campground and Southern Lights, we can reach a whole new audience with our messages.  In reviewing the publications produced by the Bluegrass Branding & Creative team, we know we've got a great partner for our magazine."

Known for its expertise in producing monthly magazines and annual publications for the National Tour Association and Faith Travel Association, Bluegrass Branding & Creative has a skilled editorial, sales and publishing team.

"We're excited about the partnership with the Kentucky Horse Park and to play a role in producing such an important marketing resource for the park, the local community and for equestrian enthusiasts," said Karla DiNardo, president and publisher. "In addition to the two print editions, Kentucky Horse Park Magazine will be housed on kyhorsepark.com all year long, and accessible by the 1,200 daily website visitors."
