STARLIGHT RACING FINALE SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 14
NEW ORLEANS (Wednesday, March 12, 2014) – Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots will host its final Starlight Racing event presented by Miller Lite and Blue Moon of the 2013-2014 thoroughbred season on Friday March 14. First post is scheduled for 5 p.m.
In addition to live thoroughbred racing, The Mixed Nuts will perform in the clubhouse, and DJ Kemistry will provide entertainment in the Miller Time Beer Garden, in addition to the Fair Grounds jockette dancers, a crowd favorite (guests must be 21 years old to enter the Miller Time Beer Garden). Food vendors Bratz Y’all and Messina’s have signed on to provide local restaurant fare just outside the Starlight tent on the track apron.
General admission to Starlight Racing is $5, and access to the Clubhouse and Miller Time Beer Garden can be purchased for $10. Tickets are available at fgno.com/tickets.
