ENTER TO WIN A $1,000 FREE BET AT SARATOGA RACE COURSE

 

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will offer three lucky fans the chance to place a $1,000 win wager on the horse of their choice in one of three races run on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 1. 

 

Entry forms for the promotion will be issued to the first 10,000 patrons admitted to the racetrack on Wednesday and must be completed and deposited by 2 p.m. at the Information Booth in either the Clubhouse or the Grandstand, or at the entrance to “The Post” in the Shake Shack Area. 

 

Winners will be randomly chosen and notified by phone by 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.  Announcements will also be made via the track’s public address and in-house TV system.  The three chosen to place wagers must pick their horses from either race 6 (3:47 p.m. post), race 7 (4:21 p.m. post) or race 8 (4:55 p.m. post).

 

Contestants must be 21 years of age or older and must be on-track to redeem their prize.  NYRA employees are not eligible to participate.
