ELMONT, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) has forwarded the letter received today from New York State Racing and Wagering Board Chairman John Sabini and Franchise Oversight Board Chairman Robert Megna to its attorney, Brendan V. Sullivan, Jr. (Williams & Connelly) for review. NYRA will be responding to the letter after review.
