NYRA 2015 Promotional Calendar available on December 26th OZONE PARK, N.Y. - The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will offer 2015 calendars for $3 on December 26, the first day of racing after the winter break at Aqueduct Racetrack. Racing fans can purchase the 2015 calendar at the south end of the first floor of the Aqueduct clubhouse. Calendars will continue to remain on sale from December 27 through January 1 for $5 at the program sellers' booth on the first floor of Aqueduct.
Starting January 2, the 2015 calendar will be sold for $8 at the gift shop located on the second floor of the Aqueduct clubhouse. The calendar will include full-color photos of graded stakes stars Main Sequence, winner of the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic and Sword Dancer Invitational; Belmont Stakes and Jockey Club Gold Cup Invitational hero Tonalist, Mother Goose heroine Untapable, Travers victor V. E. Day, Met Mile winner Palace Malice, Bernard Baruch Handicap victor and two-time Horse of the Year Wise Dan, and Cigar Mile Handicap winner Private Zone. In addition to the calendar promotion on December 26, the 56th running of the six-furlong, $100,000 Gravesend stakes will be contested. -30- |
