The Jockey Club Denies Stud Book Privileges to Vitiello
The Jockey Club announced today that Rhiannan R. Vitiello will be denied all privileges of The American Stud Book permanently, effective January 1, 2015, for a 2012 conviction of cruelty to animals in Charles City County, Virginia.
The denial of privileges, pursuant to Rule 19 of the Principal Rules and Requirements of The American Stud Book, includes the privilege of registering foals and the privileges of any registration process for any Thoroughbred.
