| Friday, June 13, 2014 Contact: NYRA Press Office (718) 659-2351 Father's Day at Belmont Park to feature great racing, family fun ELMONT, N.Y. - Belmont Park will host a nine-race card on Father's Day, June 13, along with several exciting dad-centric activities taking place in the backyard. In the Knob Creek Paddock Terrace Bar - open rain or shine - there will be a giveaway of 500 cigars, free shaves, chair massages and a small-batch bourbon tasting. Also in the backyard will be a golf cage simulator, petting zoo, pony rides, an inflatable sports obstacle course, a nine-hole miniature golf course, pop-a-shot basketball, a face painter and karaoke. Five allowance races are dotted throughout the card, highlighted by the featured eighth race, an optional claimer for fillies and mares on the turf. Admission gates will open at 11 a.m. with first race post scheduled for 1:20 p.m. -30-
