FORBES FIRSTERS RETURN FOR BELMONT SPRING/SUMMER MEET

 

ELMONT, N.Y. – Forbes’ Firsters, which profiles select 2-year-old first-time starters at Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park, and Saratoga Racecourse, has returned for 2012, with the first installment taking a look at Wednesday’s second race at Belmont.

 

Each profile contains the 2-year-old’s pedigree, noteworthy horses in his or her female family, and, if relevant, the horse’s sales history. Horses with dams and/or siblings who have earned black type are typically featured. If the subject was purchased at a 2-year-olds in training auction, a link to a video of their pre-sale breeze is included.

 

The first set of Forbes’ Firsters analyzes Mr Hall’s Opus, who is out of a juvenile stakes winner and black-type producer, and Andele, who hails from the family of Ghostzapper and City Zip. To view their profiles, click here.
