Statement form Trainer Todd Pletcher and Owner Mike Repole on Uncle Mo's Veterinary Examinations and Blood work
Todd Pletcher: "After a thorough physical exam yesterday, Uncle Mo was found to be completely sound. Today we did blood work, ultrasound of the internal organs, and stomach scoping. We should have all the results by Thursday. Tomorrow morning Uncle Mo will be back on the track."
Mike Repole: "The performance in the Wood Memorial was not the Uncle Mo we all know. I have and will continue to use every resource we can to make sure Uncle Mo gets the best care, evaluation and treatment. I know how high Todd's confidence level is on Uncle Mo. After spending a full day with numerous veterinarians and Todd, I have the utmost confidence that we will get to whatever must have been plaguing him. I clearly expect to see Uncle Mo like performances in the near future."
