SPRING TRAINING GETS UNDERWAY AT SARATOGA’S HISTORIC OKLAHOMA TRAINING TRACK

DETAILS: Saratoga’s famed Oklahoma track will open for spring training as the Thoroughbreds make their way back to the Spa City in a prelude to the 143rd season at Saratoga Race Course.
The 2011 season at Saratoga Race Course begins on Friday, July 22 and will consist of 40 racing days before concluding on Labor Day, Monday, September 5.
The 142nd running of the Grade 1, $1 million Travers Stakes will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2011.
