HERITAGE CLUB FOOD COURT AT BELMONT PARK OPENS APRIL 29
OZONE PARK, N.Y. – When Belmont Park’s spring/summer meet opens next Friday, The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will debut the Heritage Club, the track’s refurbished third-floor food court.
The centerpiece of the Heritage Club will be a full-service bar with four 42-inch flat screen televisions. In total, the Club will contain seven televisions, and for the first time patrons will be able to wager in the dining area on one of three self-service teller machines.
The Club also features expanded cuisine options, with a new burger grill, paninis, Tex-Mex and pizza. Individuals looking for a quick bite will be able to choose from a variety of pre-made sandwiches, salads and beverages at a grab-and-go station.
All concessions will accept credit cards and the Heritage Club seats approximately 100 people.
Belmont’s spring/summer meet runs 56 live racing days from Friday, April 29 – Sunday, July 17. The 143rd running of the Grade 1, $1 million Belmont Stakes, the third jewel in racing’s Triple Crown, will take place on Saturday, June 11.
