SARATOGA TO HOST JOB FAIRS FOR UPCOMING MEET

 

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association, Inc. will offer four job fairs at Saratoga Race Course in the upcoming weeks for those interested in working at Saratoga during the 2010 meet, which will run for 40 days from July 23 through Labor Day, September 6.

 

Interviews will be held at the Carousel (note change in location this weekend due to threat of thunderstorms) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, June 12 and 13, as well as Saturday and Sunday, July 10 and 11. Positions are available in security, mutuels, parking, cleaning, admissions, and food services. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age with working papers and have with them two forms of identification (I-9 appropriate). Prospective mutuel clerks must submit a resume, be 18-years-old or older, and have cash handling experience in order to apply.
