ANDY SERLING LIVE CHAT THURSDAY AT 8 PM

 

ELMONT, N.Y. – Andy Serling, TV analyst for The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA), will participate in a live chat on Thursday, June 3 at 8 p.m. EDT. The homepage for the NYRA live chats is http://www.nyra.com/livechat/index.shtml and fans can also view this week’s chat at BelmontStakes.com, the official online home of the third leg of the Triple Crown.

 

Serling, who maintains a Twitter page (http://twitter.com/andyserling) where he gives out his selections daily, will answer questions regarding all of the racing at Belmont Park on Friday and Saturday, including eight graded stakes, two on Friday and six on Saturday, among them the 142nd running of the Grade 1, $1 million Belmont Stakes.

 

NYRA is offering a Friday-Saturday Daily Double linking the Grade 2 Brooklyn Handicap with the Belmont Stakes. On Saturday, NYRA will have a $1 Million Guaranteed All-Graded Stakes Pick 6, starting with race 6 at 2:34 p.m., and a $1 Million Guaranteed All-Graded Stakes Pick 4, starting with race 8 at 4:00 p.m.

 

The Saturday stakes races comprise the Belmont Stakes, the Grade 1 Woodford Reserve Manhattan Handicap, the Grade 1 Betfair TVG Acorn, the Grade 1 Just a Game, the Grade 2 Woody Stephens, presented by Emirates Airline, and the Grade 2 True North Handicap.

 

Fans who wish to participate in the live dialogue with Serling may log on to http://www.nyra.com/livechat beginning this Thursday at 8 p.m. No pre-registration is necessary and users may simply type questions and comments in the chat field at the bottom of the page for Serling to address. At the conclusion of the chat, an “instant replay” is created for future reference.
