Saratoga presents the final giveaway of the season: a Saratoga Race Course fleece blanket

 

WHAT:          Racing fans will keep warm this fall with the final giveaway of the summer meet – a red Saratoga fleece blanket.

 

WHEN:          Sunday, September 2

                        Gates open at 10:30 a.m.

           

WHERE:       Saratoga Race Course 

            267 Union Avenue

                        Saratoga Springs, New York

 

DETAILS:     Fans will gather at Saratoga Race Course to receive the final premium giveaway item of the season, a free Saratoga fleece blanket with paid admission, while supplies last. The red fleece blanket features the 2012 Saratoga logo.

 

The backyard at Saratoga will also feature a host of activities for children at the Family Fun Fest from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Families can enjoy pony rides, caricatures, carnival games, magicians, jugglers, face painting and giant inflatables. Proceeds from select activities will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region.

 

Following racing, festivities will spill over into downtown Saratoga Springs for the second night of the Final Stretch Music Festival from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. with live musical entertainment at several downtown locations.
